Billing and Credit Procedures

Your phone number, with area code, is your account number.  In order to charge to an account, each account is set up with a credit limit.

We use a billing program called DealerWin.   This program is set up to close the billing cycle on the 25th of each month.   Statements are then run on the 26th.  Bills are due 24 calendar days following the 25th, this is why dates vary from month to month.  If your payment is not made within the 24 days, the computer assesses a 1.5% finance charge.
